The suites were located within walking distance to main shops and pubs. Parking worked well.
I encountered some issues with cleanliness in my two-bedroom apartment (I think someone forgot the basics). The bins in both bedrooms still had rubbish from previous guests, and despite reporting this to reception, it remained unaddressed. The floors were not particularly clean. My one-year-old son got dirt on his hands, feet, and knees from crawling around.

The location near the National Opera House proved very useful. That was why I visited. Shops on the high street are close. Free secure parking was a welcome amenity. The rooms were clean, and they were nicely laid out.
I found it difficult to find the correct street for check-in and reception access. I called reception multiple times before the phone was answered. The directions given were inaccurate. The bathroom door latch was broken. The door did not stay closed unless locked.

These apartments really charmed me. I used to prefer the hotel rooms, but i think the privacy here wins. the apartments has everything i need, really, and even the views of the water felt nice. we managed to get apartments next to each other for our group, a big plus.
The main room bed it's really small for two adults. I ended up pushing two couches together to sleep okay.

the room has a good size, and it includes its own washing machine and dryer, really helpful for longer stays. the kitchen area features a microwave, oven, and a dishwasher, very convenient. i like how bright and airy the spaces feels.

i slept well because the beds were good. the living area had a large table and sofas. the kitchen was excellent and well equipped. there was easy parking at this location.
i called reception a number of times, but no one answered the phone.
